Recently I was invited to attend Glendale Mayor Jerry Weier’s State of the City address. At the function, I was asked to come up to the stage and Mayor Weier graciously bestowed upon me the Key to the City. I was honored and privileged to accept the Key. As you may have heard, I was appointed to the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors to represent District 4 in late March.  The boundaries of District 4 include the towns and cities of Wickenburg, Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, El Mirage, Peoria, Youngtown, Litchfield Park, Goodyear, Buckeye and some parts of Glendale and Avondale.  As you can see, I have a lot of ground to cover, and a very diverse set of communities that all have different needs and opportunities.
